With persistent encouragement from one of my art mentors in Vernon, B.C, watercolor Artist, Patricia Lawton ,I was to take my small portfolio of work out to local galleries in the Vernon area this year. As an artist who had not shown their work to very many, it was a big step in building my confidence for getting my work out to the public. The work was well received, which helped ease my artistic self confidence
