Late Afternoon
11 1/2” x 15” pen & ink on paper 2001
( SOLD )

Lot ’s of new inspiration for me when I lived in Golden B.C. Not only did I have the vast landscape of the Rockies
and Purcell Mountain Ranges, but also the lowlands and headwaters of the Columbia River.

This image is a representation of the Columbia Basin where the Columbia River begins it’s journey south.
The landscape there is covered in marsh with many trees in various stages of decay. “ Late Afternoon “ would be somewhere
between Golden and Cranbrook .
