Room to Grow  aka " Stand Alone "

The image comes from a post card image taken near Vientiane Province, Laos in the mid 1970's
shortly after the end of the Viet Nam War.  It was commissioned by a lifelong friend.  The image was
one she encountered in her spiritual travels around the world - many times in many places - but this
one in particular is special for her.  To understand the metaphor in all of this would be to know the
peaceful and loving person for whom this drawing was done. In her work, she not only has the
" Room to Grow " but must often “ Stand Alone “ ( as the tree does ) with her unique therapies
that help the healing process for many with physical and emotional ailments.
