I moved to the Okanagan Valley in 1971 where I lived and worked for 25 years. A landscape
such as this was very common throughout the valley back then, but this image is specific to the
Westbank area. Over the years that I lived in the valley, our survey crews spent a great deal of time
 in that quiet little area. Well, it was in 1971 !
