    Seeding 17 ½ “ x 23 “ pen & ink on paper 2002 As a child, you must remember plucking a Dandelion that had gone to seed and blowing the seeds away into the air. That thought or remembrance came to me at some point while drawing this image. I was also leaving a 30 plus year career with the Ministry of Highways at this time. The seeds floating in the breeze represent the uncertainty of where a new life was to take root and grow. I am very happy to say that all is well in the land of pointillism as that seed or seeds rooted and turned into full bloom ! |
